Stayed with family. We didn’t hv a prior booking. Checked up locally including Home Stays. This property is far better and perfect. In the premise existing restaurant is also good. Booked through a travel website and ended up at this hotel to only be told that it was over booked. We were asked to check in at a near by hotel which was ordinary but looked a little better from outside. I won't visit this hotel again. Just stay away and save yourself from some trouble.

I wonder whether to blame Cleartrip who charged us ₹2700/- by showing an executive super deluxe room (the hotel has only AC and NON AC rooms) or the hotel itself. When we checked in, along with our relatives who had booked directly with the hotel, we realised that we were the only fools around. They all got exactly similar (even better) rooms for ₹1,500/- only. When we asked the receptionist, she said they charge only 1500/- but the travel websites charge more. We learnt a lesson : don’t just compare between travel websites, but ALSO CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY to know the actual rates. Now about the rooms : they looked cheap, not very clean, dirty linen, used bath towels, no 24 hours hot water (only in the mornings), no water bottles, no complimentary breakfast.... The rooms did not deserve more than ₹700/-. In our room, AC was not working. So we changed the room. In the new room, TV didn’t work. Mosquitos attacked in all the rooms. Very bad experience indeed.

Terrible place to stay and not safe

Last week my parents and I stayed at this place for a night. As it was a long weekend, we dint have many options and booked AC room at this hotel. Both AC and TV were not working. Later they had to call an operator to fix it while we were in the room. And the helper or the cleaner was the biggest trouble throughout. Its such an unsafe place, he had no manners to talk, just walked into the room while we were getting ready. Its definitely unsafe to stay alone in this hotel. Overall experience was horrible.

Located on the main temple street, the location is good ; the rooms are spacious and clean; we had booked a non A/C, non TV room for Rs 1000/day. It was a basic room with limited facilities. Staff - Sujata & Irshad were very helpful; check in/out times were not an issue Maintenance can be improved a bit.
